For slab-on-grade Eichler homes or second-story additions, we use thin panels that sit on top of the existing subfloor. These add minimal height — often under 3/4" — and provide excellent heat output.
We install modern zone manifolds to replace old single-zone systems, giving you individual room control via thermostats. This dramatically improves efficiency and comfort in larger Marin homes.
Most remodels are the ideal time to upgrade the heat source. We recommend replacing aging gas boilers with high-efficiency condensing units or transitioning to an air-to-water heat pump for full electrification.
